This book holds a lot of power and knowledge. Dr. Maltz's ideas will most certainly make changes in your life for the better if that is what you desire. Out of all the self-help books, I believe this $2 book breaks down the sub-conscious and its power on the mind, and actions better than any other documentation. Stay away from the Psycho-cybernetics 2000 book and use the original 1960's version. PC2000 is simply an edited copy of the original work by Maltz's.
Be ready to put in some mental work for Maltz's ideas to work.

Those of us who believe in the power of intention, attraction, true living, understand that it is our unconscious (never say 'sub' conscsious, as you know how very powerful that part of your mind really is) is calling the shots. We have to reprogram our unconscious minds with truth in order to fulfill our desires. We must be grounded in truth. Dr. Maltz's teachings are so very important in driving those foundations of truth home.
